Michael Luther is a researcher at the Center for Autonomy Experience at Eurac Research, where his current research focuses on youth radicalization and extremism in South Tyrol. He holds a law degree from the Universities of Innsbruck and Padova and is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Innsbruck. His broader research interests include EU-Law, with a particular focus on minority rights, cross-border cooperation, and multilevel governance.
